Migrating from Flothemes, Squarespace, Showit, or other platforms can be daunting, but not with us.

We provide an all-inclusive migration service that takes care of everything. Enjoy a smooth, stress-free transition to Kadence, while keeping your existing design and content.

Design clone + Content MIGRATION PACKAGE

  • Replicating Existing Design
    Replicate up to 8 main pages from your existing Flothemes, Squarespace, or Showit site.
    Recreate your Header, Footer, and Mobile Menus.
    Install your custom fonts and color palette.
  • Import of Previous Content
    We import your existing blog posts and image galleries. Making sure to not harm existing URLs and page titles. (Narrative or Pic-time blog embeds are not an issue)
  • Performance
    We optimize your server settings, your WordPress settings, and performance plugin (Breeze, PerfMatters, and/or WP Rocket preferred) We can also configure an image compression tool like ShortPixel.
  • SEO Optimization
    We perform a site crawl before the project to insure no important data is lost or changed during the process. Any needed redirects will be in place if URLs change. We can optimize your SEO plugin settings as well (SEO Press or Yoast preferred)
  • Purchase your migration package.
  • Fill out our Flothemes migration questionairre.
  • Sign up for Cloudways hosting and add us as a team member.
  • We replicate your site and then you approve it’s design (2-3 weeks).
  • We schedule a call to take your site live.
  • We do SEO checks once the site is live to ensure no rankings are lost.
  • We have an SEO call to create a future strategy for your new site.
  • Installation of Kadence and Replication of up to 8 Flothemes pages.
  • Customization of your colors, fonts, branding.
  • Migration of your existing blog and gallery content.
  • (3) 30 minute video calls.

We will add your existing website imagery, or from a folder of preferred portfolio, into the new theme’s main pages.

We include a 30 minute video call to go over your design and show you around your new Kadence site so you can make updates yourself in the future.

We’ll also have an SEO call to look at further strategy going forward after the new site is launched.
